Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant, based in Angleton, TX. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to identify their automotive needs, providing expert guidance on available vehicles and features, and creating a transparent buying experience. The day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales performance to meet targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional service and contribute to a positive working environment. Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting techniques to understand and meet customer needs. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster trust and ensure a positive experience. Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and build relationships. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain a professional and outgoing demeanor. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
