We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented
Executive Assistant
to provide administrative and operational support to the
Investor Relations (IR) team . This role is ideal for an early‑career administrative professional interested in gaining exposure to IR, finance, communications, and high-profile corporate events. The EA will assist with day-to-day team support, coordination, scheduling, event logistics, and various IR-related administrative tasks. The right candidate is organized, polished, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Team Support
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Investor Relations team. Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external meetings. Assist with travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, briefing materials, and presentations. Handle expense processing, invoice tracking, and basic administrative workstreams. Investor Relations Coordination
Support the team in preparing meeting materials, distribution lists, and follow‑ups for investor calls. Maintain organized internal systems for IR documents, databases, and communication logs. Assist with updating investor lists, tracking inquiries, and managing related data entry tasks. Events & Meeting Planning
Support the planning and execution of IR events, including investor days, conferences, roadshows, and earnings‑related activities. Coordinate logistics such as guest lists, venues, catering, AV needs, and vendor communication. Help prepare event materials and ensure smooth onsite execution. Communications & Operations
Serve as a professional point of contact for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate cross‑departmental communication to support IR workflows. Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all tasks. Qualifications
1-3 years
of administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general tech savvy.
