Product Marketing Manager , you will work closely with the Head of Product, who leads product strategy, roadmap, discovery, requirements, and delivery execution. The
Product Marketing Manager
will own product marketing strategy, enablement, and go-to-market orchestration, ensuring new capabilities are clearly understood, well-positioned, and successfully adopted across Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and Marketing teams. In this role, the

will drive launch readiness, cross-functional enablement, and ongoing feedback loops to ensure shipped products deliver meaningful customer outcomes and long-term business impact. Product GTM & Launch Ownership
Own go-to-market planning for new features and workflow enhancements, including audience, positioning, messaging, and launch strategy Create and maintain core launch assets such as release summaries, GTM briefs, product updates, in-app announcements, and a customer-facing changelog with documentation links Manage launch readiness to ensure Sales and Customer Experience (CX) teams are prepared prior to feature rollouts Partner with Marketing on major GTM initiatives, including webinars, launch campaigns, and website messaging and positioning updates Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including demo scripts, talk tracks, training content, objection handling, competitive battlecards, and upsell cadences Create workflow guides and “how to pitch / when to pitch” playbooks by product module and customer profile Enable Sales teams to clearly communicate how product changes impact customer workflows during discovery, demos, and expansion conversations CX Enablement & Customer Education
Keep internal training materials, demos, and talk tracks current with ongoing releases Produce clear internal summaries outlining what changed, why it matters, and who it impacts, including do/don’t guidance and common use cases Partner with Support to improve help documentation, training videos, and customer education content that drives adoption and reduces confusion Adoption, Feedback & Field Insights
Establish customer feedback loops to identify adoption barriers and workflow friction early Participate in select customer calls as a product voice to improve clarity and alignment Translate common questions and support trends into enablement updates, educational content, and actionable recommendations for Product Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product to align roadmap, messaging, enablement, and launch execution Equip Sales with the narratives and tools needed to sell new workflows and expansions Collaborate with CX and Marketing to reduce confusion, strengthen positioning, and support pipeline-driving programs Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, go-to-market, enablement, or a related role closely aligned with Product and Revenue teams Proven ability to translate complex workflows into clear, customer-focused messaging and content Strong track record creating sales enablement materials, including demo talk tracks, training content, competitive positioning, and launch assets Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and Marketing in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create or manage the production of lightweight video and webinar content Experience in workflow-heavy vertical SaaS environments (e.g., operations, industrial, logistics), preferred Experience positioning AI-enabled product capabilities in a practical, outcomes-driven manner, preferred Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian products, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), preferred Benefits
This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$130,000 + bonus + equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Summary
