Sunpin is a global renewable energy developer and investor focused on

utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS)

assets across

Japan, the United States, and selected international markets . Our platform combines

development, EPC, asset ownership, and fund structuring , with an active construction-stage and late-stage pipeline. We are expanding our

capital markets and fundraising capabilities

and are looking to hire experienced professionals to support

asset-level fundraising and fund formation . Role Overview

We are hiring

Fundraising / Capital Markets Managers

based in

Tokyo, Irvine, and Hong Kong

to support capital raising for our renewable energy and storage assets, including

project-level investments, portfolio financings, and fund structures . This role is ideal for candidates with

strong investor networks , hands-on fundraising experience, and a deep understanding of

infrastructure / energy investments . Key Responsibilities

Lead and support

capital raising activities

for renewable energy and battery storage assets Engage with

institutional investors , including infrastructure funds, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and strategic investors Support

fund formation , including asset aggregation, investor structuring, and coordination with legal, tax, and advisory teams Prepare and review

investment materials

(teasers, IMs, financial models, data rooms) Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence processes, and transaction execution Work closely with internal development, finance, and management teams across regions Requirements

5+ years of experience

in fundraising, capital markets, project finance, or infrastructure investments Demonstrated

investor relationships and capital-raising track record Experience with

renewable energy, energy storage, infrastructure, or real assets

strongly preferred Familiarity with

project-level investments, SPVs, or fund structures Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and across international teams Language
