
We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Property Administrator to join a Class A retail property management team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in property administration, preferably within a retail environment, and thrive in a collaborative setting where communication, organization, and customer service are key.
What You’ll Do
Tenant Relations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, coordinating services, and fostering strong tenant relationships.
Financial & Administrative Management: Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, rent collections, and reporting to ensure accurate and efficient property operations.
Vendor Coordination: Oversee vendor contracts, track service delivery, and ensure compliance with property standards and safety requirements.
Operational Oversight: Support day-to-day property operations including maintenance requests, inspections, and compliance with building policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience Required: Minimum of 2–3 years as a Property Administrator, with retail property experience strongly preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities; able to engage confidently with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
Organizational Strength: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
