
Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics- Spring (77389) is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team!
The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This includes answering and transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer high volume of incoming calls professionally and courteously. (about 100 calls a day)
Direct/transfer calls to the appropriate department.
Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address.
Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
Process patient payments and collect co-payments.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to answer high volume of calls professionally and courteously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of ECW or other EMR systems
Knowledge of Microsoft teams, ability to correspond with company departments to assist callers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
Valid Texas Driver's License
