We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in chemicals, fracturing and coil tubing to join our team in Midland/Odessa, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our customers' needs. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our chemical solutions. Collaborate and prioritize with the technical team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry or related experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on chemicals, fracturing and coil tubing applications. Strong understanding of fracturing processes and chemical applications in the oil and gas sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel within the Midland/Odessa region as required as well as locations in the field. Periodic travel to other regions as needed.
