
POSITION SUMMARY:
Customer Service Representatives are a critical part of the Senske Family of Companies (SFC) as this role is the frontline for the organization that has the responsibility of delighting our customers. We are looking for talented Customer Service Representatives to interface with our customers, provide support and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role will be a good problem solver, self-driven, an efficient multi-tasker, with great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Speak with customers to answer product and service-related questions and suggest information about other products and services
Open customer accounts and document account information
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contribute to team performance by accomplishing specified results as needed
Build sustainable relationships with customers
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong phone, communication (verbal and listening) and documentation skills
Customer focused and adaptable to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
