Leasing Manager
to help bring it to life.
As Leasing Manager, you’ll lead all leasing efforts from first contact through move-in, drive occupancy and revenue, and set the tone for exceptional resident experience. You’ll play a critical role during this new construction phase by building leasing momentum, training and motivating the leasing team, and ensuring RISE Doro is positioned competitively in the market.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or senior leasing professional in multifamily or mixed-use communities
Strong understanding of leasing laws and regulations (Florida experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate leasing teams
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resident satisfaction and retention
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the full leasing process from initial inquiry through lease execution and move-in
Develop and execute effective leasing and marketing strategies to drive traffic and occupancy
Conduct property tours and present leasing options to prospective residents
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to support renewals and retention
Train, supervise, and motivate leasing staff to meet and exceed leasing goals
Track leasing activity, occupancy, and performance metrics; provide regular reports to management
Ensure lease documentation complies with company policies and local regulations
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive positioning
Collaborate closely with maintenance and management teams to resolve resident concerns quickly
Represent RISE Doro with professionalism, energy, and hospitality
Pay & Perks
Compensation: Starting at $60,000+, based on experience
Performance Incentives: Bonus opportunities tied to leasing and community milestones
Pay Schedule: Paid semi-monthly
