
About the Role
The Print Production Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of print production and fulfillment projects. This role involves ensuring high-quality print outputs, coordinating with design teams, and maintaining efficiency in project workflows. This is a 40 hr/week role, onsite in NYC.
Responsibilities
Manage print production projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and provide support in the printing process.
Utilize Workfront to track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Outsource print work to balance the in-house print work volume, build and effectively maintain print vendor relationships, including processing invoices in a timely manner.
Prepare and format files for printing using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools.
Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to print production and fulfillment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in print production and fulfillment, preferably in a corporate environment.
At least 5 years of print experience, handling high-profile, complex print projects.
At least 2 years of project coordination experience handling high profile, complex projects using sound judgement, evaluating and scheduling key project resources.
Proficiency in Workfront, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
