As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be the key point of contact for customers. You\u2019ll answer any questions, queries and concerns all while being the face of the company! Your role ensures that all customers feel informed, supported, and excited while learning about our Client. Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers face to face providing friendly support Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or solutions Handle inquiries related to pricing and general information Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and persuasive communication Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client\'s products and services Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences What We Offer
