Overview
We are seeking a senior multi family construction superintendent for a new, ground up, seven story modular building in Norwalk, California.
Responsibilities
The project superintendent shall be responsible for all on site operations, including providing direction to subcontractors, reading and interpreting construction drawings, maintaining the project schedule, and managing change requests according to subcontract agreements.
Candidates with strong multi family experience in the greater Los Angeles area will take priority.
Qualifications
Ideal applicant shall have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Procore.
