We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead commercial mechanical construction projects. In this role, you will manage crews, coordinate with other trades, oversee HVAC and piping installations, and ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and supervise crews installing HVAC and piping systems on commercial projects. Coordinate with project managers, customers, building officials, and other trades. Manage material handling, scheduling, documentation, and project milestones. Ensure safety compliance and promote company tool policies and standards. Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and related materials as needed. Complete required reports, project updates, and safety documentation. Perform duties safely from ladders, lifts, and other elevated equipment. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman in commercial/industrial construction. Proven ability to lead teams of 5+ direct reports. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Must pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
