SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR (FULL-TIME / REMOTE / HYBRID) This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote work arrangement in our Sheboygan, WI location. No weekends, holidays or on-call rotations. Ideal candidate will work in Wisconsin. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator manages the marketing plan and ensures it is properly executed for Prairie States. This position also determines the marketing needs for the Sales and Account Management staff, creates and develops required materials or coordinates marketing efforts with marketing and printing vendors. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator leads the completion to final version of both new and updating of sales & marketing materials and maintains the sales & marketing materials inventory. This position also has contact with Brokers and Customers relating to sales and account management, providing high level customer service and sales support to Brokers and Customers. Summary Of Essential Job Functions

Primary liaison with our marketing vendor for marketing strategies, ensuring branding guidelines are followed Manages marketing projects and timelines Manages Prairie States LinkedIn presence Develop new and enhanced website content Monitor and analyze data analytics as it relates to digital marketing efforts Orders and maintains marketing material supplies including branded giveaways for enrollment meetings or conferences Maintains current PowerPoint slides and assists in creating slides and communication materials as needed by Sales and Account Management (brochures, sales sheets, upsell proposals, member handouts, etc.) Works on various “special projects” within the marketing department Updates and maintains Sales Proposal templates Create and maintain marketing videos Writing copy for marketing pieces for various outlets Plans, manages and executes Broker Events Manages and books conference events for Sales Position Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field (Marketing, PR, Communication, etc.) or Associate’s Degree in Business related field (Marketing, PR, Graphics Design, etc.) preferred. 3+ years of experience in health insurance/healthcare or professional field required. Insurance and/or medical field experience in a marketing role highly desired. Specific Skills

Strong organizational, time management, project management and multi-tasking skills to meet competing deadlines High level Customer Service orientation in providing and meeting the needs of internal and external customers Demonstrates strong sales support skills through building and sustaining business relationships with Sales, Account Management, Brokers and Vendors Highly professional business demeanor in working with Sales, Brokers, and Customers Must have the ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion in making non-routine decisions within established guidelines, with minimal supervision Uses effective organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in meeting competing deadlines Works with integrity, enthusiasm & creativity Possesses effective oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat PDF, Video Editing software)) Required Competencies

This is a sedentary position which requires the individual to sit for long periods and the proper positioning/posturing for extensive viewing of computer screens and computer related work is required. It is encouraged to intermix sedentary time with periodic movement within one’s office space to counteract the sedentary nature of this position. Compensation & Benefits
