As one of the top 5 teams in the Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) space, we handle large-scale commercial transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $1.5M to $12M+. Currently, our team consists of 20+ agents across nine distinct regions. We are not a generalist real estate shop — we are laser-focused on mobile home park and RV / Campground assets with a high-volume pipeline and a structured team approach. This is not an internship. This is an opportunity to get hands-on training and paid experience on real deals from day one. You’ll learn: Commercial real estate lead generation & cold calling How to research ownership hidden behind LLCs & entities Property owner discovery and outreach Financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and underwriting Capital raising, syndication, and fund structures CRM, script-based calling, and pipeline management Role Overview:

As an Associate, your core responsibilities include: Calling surrounding park owners on our listings and off-market leads Verifying property and ownership data using the provided tools Working directly with Senior Advisors and Managing Directors Following our proven call and CRM system step-by-step Contributing to the team’s pipeline and deal flow This is a long-term opportunity with clear promotion paths to: Managing Director ($300k+/yr + potential equity) Compensation:

Our associates on average, make $80k- 120k the first year 100% Commission-Based; given the long sales cycle, do not expect to make a single for the next 4 - 6 months; we will staff you on deals day one, but the nature of commercial real estate is that it takes four to six months for a deal to close. Leads, tools, CRM, scripts, and mentorship are provided No upfront cost to join – we invest in your training and success Clear structure with first commission potential in 90 days Requirements: If hired for an in-person position, you must be able to work in our office three days per week to start. For both remote and in-person positions, you must be available on Zoom for discussion during business hours. Must be hungry to learn, make calls, and grow into a Senior-level role Minimum 30 hours/week, with the expectation to go full-time+ once commissions begin Strong communication skills and professional phone presence Licensed agents preferred (or actively pursuing a license); you do not need a license day one
