This position is located in Knoxville, TN in a hybrid working model. Spring Application Period: Monday, January 18th, 2026 – Friday, February 27th, 2026 Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and implement new technologies and applications. Provide end-user assistance in a helpdesk environment. Support technical architects with infrastructure requirements. Conduct project code reviews and assist with software installations/configurations. Investigate, debug and troubleshoot software and application issues. Develop and build application modules using multiple programming languages. Draft technical documentation and user guides. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques. Experience or familiarity with SQL, Java, and C++ (preferred). Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional written and verbal communication. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $47,200 - $91,700/year.
