
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle executive searches (Director, VP, C-suite roles)
Partner with business leaders to understand leadership needs and success profiles
Proactively source, engage, and assess senior-level candidates
Conduct in-depth executive interviews focused on leadership impact and culture fit
Manage confidential searches and provide market insights to stakeholders
Guide candidates through interview, offer, and negotiation stages
Requirements:
5+ years of recruiting experience with executive-level hiring
Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
Strong executive assessment, communication, and influencing skills
Experience with retained or contingent executive search preferred
