Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and confidently identify service needs
Write accurate estimates and clearly explain recommended repairs
Present repair options in a way that builds trust and drives approvals
Manage scheduling and workflow to support daily production goals
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics
Provide proactive updates and deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience
Qualifications
2+ years of experience
as a Service Writer / Service Advisor in an automotive repair environment
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
