Required Experience
1-3 years of experience in digital design or a related role (experience in an agency environment is a plus)
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including audience personas, marketing funnels, and user behavior
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
An interest in data-driven decision-making and a desire to learn new concepts. We’re measurement nerds at ATRA and believe KPIs are essential
Efficient design skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and retention of learnings. We move fast!
Preferred Experience
Experience creating and editing video content for marketing campaigns
Experience utilizing AI image and video tools and plugins in design studios such as Adobe Firefly, Envato ImageGen, Figma copy generation, etc.
Experience using stock image libraries
Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Teamwork or Asana
Web design experience in WordPress (such as Elementor) or WebFlow
Experience with landing page design using tools such as Unbounce, Hubspot and ClickFunnels.
Experience with A/B testing using tools like Optimizely, VWO or similar
Solid foundational understanding of User Experience (UX) principles as it relates to conversion-focused web design
What You’ll Do
Design high-quality creative assets (landing pages, ads, and other digital experiences) to support A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, audience personas, and ensure proper messaging throughout.
Assist in planning and executing A/B testing initiatives, working closely with a Paid Media Strategist to measure results and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present design concepts, test results, and recommendations during internal and external client meetings.
Stay up to date on design trends, user behavior, and digital marketing strategies to consistently improve client deliverables.
Keep the team updated on your tasks in ClickUp (project management software) and Slack to ensure timely completion of projects.
Create, refine and document internal processes to improve the efficiency and quality of design projects.
$65,000-$80,000 salary DOE
