who excels in end-to-end journey mapping, qualitative research, and uncovering opportunities across complex business ecosystems. If you enjoy understanding how users truly work, mapping real-world workflows, and shaping transformation opportunities, this role is for you. Requirements
5–8 years of hands-on Service Design experience
(must be a primary role) Strong experience in qualitative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, discovery) Proven ability to create service blueprints, journey maps, and complex workflow documentation Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights and opportunity themes Excellent visual communication and structured documentation skills Comfortable with ambiguity, discovery, and large-scale transformation environments Experience collaborating across design, business, and technology teams Contract Type & Compensation
B2B Hourly Range: 150–190 PLN/hr
