PDMS Design Group, Inc. is an established Architecture + MEP Engineering firm based in Arlington, Texas, providing construction documents for retail, industrial, and commercial projects nationwide. We’re looking for a highly motivated Architectural Designer who takes pride in producing quality work and is ready to grow with a collaborative, fast-paced team.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of project types while working closely with our in-house MEP team.
What You'll Do
Produce architectural construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
Assist with specifications and drawing production (training provided)
Ensure drawings are complete, accurate, and meet project deadlines
Coordinate with in-house MEP engineers, consultants, landlords, and contractors
Maintain, organize, and archive project files
Support additional tasks as assigned
Overtime may be required depending on workload
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of professional experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
