$20 - $25.65 hourly
Job Description Targeting someone who is fluent in French (Canadian French). Both written & verbal.
The customer service representative is responsible for providing customer service assistance to French-Canadian speaking customers.
The CSR will be onsite at the client’s headquarters in Addison, TX.
The CSR will handle emails and calls from consultants who speak French Canadian.
The CSR will offer support regarding orders as well as processing customer orders and payments.
The CSR will maintain the customer database: update data and make necessary changes.
The CSR will determine/understand customer needs with strong objection/response handling.
The CSR will manage customer queries/complaints.
