We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Mortgage Loan Closer to join our innovative and passionate team. Responsibilities
Prepare Closing packages using Encompass and Doc Magic system. Review Closing Disclosure and required funding documents for accuracy. Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents. Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines. Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus! Qualifications
Ability to work in a “High Volume" environment. Great work ethic. Must have experience with Encompass. Minimum of 5 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans.
