Join us as a
Fall Protection Specialist
and help us keep workers safe while shaping one of the fastest‑growing areas of safety and compliance. You’ll be the go-to expert in our Safety & Fall Protection vertical—partnering with manufacturers, distributors, and customers across industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments to deliver smarter, safer solutions. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. One day you’ll be on‑site taking measurements and photos, the next you’ll be designing tailored systems and educating customers on compliance standards. If you have technical know‑how, a passion for safety, and the drive to make a real impact, this role puts you at the intersection of fieldwork, design, and customer trust.
Please note
this is a territory-based position and can be located in Tampa, Bartow, Orlando or the surrounding area. Candidates must reside within this region or be willing to relocate.
Requirements
Make sales contacts, research customer needs, and develop application of products and services
Submit bid request forms, sketches, detailed drawings, and photos
Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
Participate in sales forecasting and planning
Create quotes, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
Participate on a team with suggestions of development for new products, modification of existing products and termination of ineffective products
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines
Travel to meet potential new clients, customers, setting appointments, and site visits
Identify target customers and promote our full range of fall protection products that the Company manufactures and installs
Analyze project with inhouse design team and make recommendations to solve fall protection needs
Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Education A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline; in the absence of a degree, directly‑related job experience serving in an industrial sales role, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
Experience & Skills
At least 5 years of sales experience in an industrial, construction or distribution environment
Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals
A proven track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationships within different organizations
Must have the physical ability to climb up to rooftops to perform a complete site inspection
Understand and interpret OSHA & ANSI codes relating to Fall Protection
Knowledge in reading drawing/blueprints and using measuring tools and sketching
Comfortable working at heights
Overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) are required
Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E‑verify
Travel Travel for this position is more than 50% including out of the area/overnight travel.
