
The Role
We're looking for an Appointment Setter to be the front line of our sales efforts. Your job is to identify qualified industry‑specific prospects, make initial contact, and book discovery calls with our Sales team. You'll be reaching out to business people who are busy but have need for marketing services. Your job is to cut through the noise, demonstrate value, and get them on the calendar. This isn't a call center role reading scripts. Your success is measured by the quality and quantity of appointments you book.
What You'll Do
Research and identify qualified prospects in the industry
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Qualify leads based on our Ideal Client Profile
Book discovery calls on the sales team's calendar
Follow up persistently with interested prospects
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Report on outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline weekly
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Who You Are
You have proven B2B appointment setting, SDR, or BDR experience
Your written and verbal English is professional and persuasive
Cold calls don't intimidate you
You don't wait to be told what to do—you take initiative
You track your activity, follow up on time, and nothing falls through the cracks
Rejection doesn't derail you—you learn and keep going
You're comfortable learning and using CRM tools
Bonus Points
Experience in the marine industry, boating, or related verticals
Background in digital marketing agency sales
Familiarity with outreach tools (Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar all‑in‑one CRM platforms
What We Offer
Part‑time (15‑20 hours/week) with potential to grow
Work from anywhere with US Eastern time zone overlap
Hourly rate based on experience
Extra compensation when your appointments convert to closed deals
Potential to expand role as we scale
