Holz Motors is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Auto Parts Counterperson to join our fast-paced parts department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that provides top-notch service to both retail customers and professional technicians. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to retail customers and technicians
Answer inquiries Offer advice
Ensure customer satisfaction Parts Identification & Sales:
Accurately identify and locate parts for vehicles and equipment Offer solutions based on customer needs
Order Fulfillment:
Process orders efficiently Ensure timely and accurate delivery or pick-up of parts
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory levels Assist with restocking Perform regular checks to ensure part availability
Collaboration:
Work closely with service department, sales team, and vendors Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Auto parts counterperson or retail experience preferred Knowledge of automotive parts and systems required Excellent communication Strong customer service orientation Manage multiple tasks simultaneously Maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment Work effectively in a team-oriented setting Familiar with computer systems and POS software CRM experience required; Tekion experience a plus What We Offer
