Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm Responsibilities
Learn quality control process. Work safely and quickly in a fast-paced environment. Learn job skills that last a lifetime and cross train in additional areas around the distribution. Promotions as soon as 90 days after your hire date by following our Career Pathways program. Benefits and Compensation
Three weeks of paid time off per year, which increases as you grow with ABB. Full Benefit package including health, dental, disability, life, and vision insurance. 401K retirement plan with a 3 ½ company match. Up to $5,250 of tuition reimbursement per year. Bonus and/or commission plan depending on applicable program terms. Qualifications
Be a team player with a positive attitude who strives to perform at your best daily. Have attention to detail, accuracy, repetition, and fine motor skills. Be able to stand for most of your shift and work in a fast-paced environment. Be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift. For U.S. Candidates Compensation Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $17.00 hourly + $1.00 Shift Differential. This represents the good-faith estimate of the compensation range at the time of posting. Actual pay will be based on job-related factors, which may include geographic location, relevant experience, education and qualifications, job-related skills, internal equity considerations, and applicable minimum wage laws.
