Responsibilities
Learn the technical & workflow needs of our Law Enforcement, Corrections, and DA clients, and adapt Coreforce solutions to solve.
Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
Provide 1st–level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities.
Provide professional responses to customer RFPs/RFIs.
Capture requested product features and provide feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
