Providing product and service support to customers Conducting test, teardown and evaluation of electric and hydraulic components Providing feedback from customers to internal departments Process warranty claims, maintain and execute warranty reports Conduct training for service distributors Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus 2 years of experience or four years of related experience and training. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Experience of electrical and hydraulic systems Experience in public speaking
