The Executive Recruiter is a strategic talent partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing senior-level leaders and manufacturing executives who align with Maverick Power’s core values and long-term business objectives. This role works closely with executive leadership, senior management, and key stakeholders to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. The Executive Recruiter will lead full-cycle executive searches, provide consultative guidance on talent strategy, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership and senior management to understand business strategy, leadership needs, and succession planning priorities. Lead full-cycle executive recruiting efforts for senior leaders, directors, VPs, and manufacturing executives. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including targeted outreach, executive networking, market mapping, and competitive intelligence. Assess executive candidates’ leadership capabilities, functional expertise, cultural alignment, and long-term potential. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, compensation guidance, and candidate evaluation recommendations. Manage confidential candidate communications and sensitive search activity with discretion. Coordinate and facilitate executive interview processes, including panel interviews and leadership assessments. Synthesize interview feedback and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to decision-makers. Prepare, see through, and extend executive employment offers in partnership with HR and leadership. Maintain accurate documentation and communication records within the Applicant Tracking System. Represent Maverick Power at executive networking events, industry conferences, and targeted recruiting initiatives. Continuously improve executive recruiting processes to support scalability, efficiency, and a strong employer brand. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, or equivalent executive recruiting experience. Minimum of 6 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong focus on executive-level placements. Proven experience recruiting senior leaders and manufacturing executives. Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and influencing senior-level hiring decisions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential matters. Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience in engineer-to-order or configure-to-order manufacturing environments Background in product platforms, technical standardization, or long-term product strategy Experience serving as a technical escalation point for customer, field, or sales-driven issues Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods standing on the manufacturing floor and sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times. Work Environment

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods. EEO/AAP Statement
