Addison, IL . In this role, you’ll drive recruitment efforts for our
Industrial Sales teams , partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You’ll be part of a high‑performing recruiting team that plays a visible, strategic role in the company’s success.
Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison, IL
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn and effectively use an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
A
hunter mentality
with a competitive drive for success—both individually and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a highly preferred!
Previous agency / headhunter recruiting experience is a great plus!
Experience recruiting in
industrial, manufacturing, or distribution
settings
Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo , or similar platforms
Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance within recruiting
