Compensation:
$60,000 – $85,000+ per year DOE Openings:
2 Positions About the Role We are seeking two highly skilled designers to support fire alarm and life-safety system layouts for commercial and mission-critical environments. This role is ideal for candidates with a mechanical or electrical background who excel in Revit and enjoy producing clean, accurate system drawings. You will work closely with senior designers, engineers, and project managers to develop plans, support submittals, and ensure our system designs meet code, accuracy, and client expectations. What You’ll Do Develop fire alarm and life-safety system layouts using Revit and/or AutoCAD Translate project concepts, sketches, and markups into accurate technical drawings Support coordination with internal design, project management, and field teams Prepare documentation for submittals, permitting, and device placement Ensure drawings meet code, quality, and format standards Assist in maintaining project files, revisions, and documentation workflows What We’re Looking For Mechanical, electrical, or security systems experience Strong Revit skills (preferred) or AutoCAD Excellent accuracy, detail orientation, and communication skills Note: Candidates with commercial mechanical or electrical backgrounds with strong Revit mastery are strongly encouraged to apply.
