Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exemplary customer service, and assisting clients with their commercial insurance coverage needs. Responsibilities include answering client inquiries, policy analysis, maintaining accurate records, handling renewals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role serves as a key liaison between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring satisfaction and delivering expert guidance on coverage options.
Qualifications
Expertise in Commercial Lines Coverage and understanding of various insurance products
Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance practices
Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency with insurance management software and tools
Licensing for insurance sales or an ability to obtain required licensing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Understanding of the local market in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area is a plus
