Support business licensing operations across retail locations.
Collect accurate data from jurisdiction websites and other sources.
Submit license applications in a timely manner.
Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with applicable processes.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years relevant data entry experience
Proficiency with laptops and data entry systems
Basic Excel skills
Ability to navigate city, county, and state websites for information gathering
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with business licensing or regulatory processes
Strong communication skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Team collaboration experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Background in business licensing, regulatory compliance, or related fields
Prior administrative or data management experience
Other Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen or GC holder
Ability to work 100% onsite
