4Front Engineered Solutions is seeking a
driven, detail‑oriented Credit Specialist
to support our credit, collections, and contract administration functions. This onsite role is based at our corporate headquarters in Carrollton, Texas.
What you’ll do
Manage past‑due accounts by contacting customers, monitoring payment terms, and resolving issues with internal teams.
Conduct credit research, establish credit limits for new customers, and provide credit approvals for existing accounts.
Review and execute construction contracts, including insurance certificates, bonds, pay applications, and lien waivers.
Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and pass‑through logs; verify data for commission calculations and prepare payment vouchers.
Process incoming checks and assist with cash receipt entry as needed.
Request annual financials from distributors to support credit limit decisions.
Manage customer tax‑exemption certificates and run periodic department reports.
What’s needed for success?
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
1-3+ years of experience in credit and collection procedures.
Intermediate/Advanced skills with Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Credit Business Associate (CBA) certification or advanced credit designation is a plus.
