Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager(s) in all areas of management for assigned properties, including maintenance and tenant relations
Manage collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and risk management
Serve as a liaison between tenants and building staff to ensure properties are clean and functional
Support business growth by integrating people and applying new technology
Ensure compliance with all employer processes, procedures, and platforms
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team
Advanced oral and written communication skills, along with strong organization and time management abilities
Experience working with property management financials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in commercial property management or related fields
Familiarity with advanced property management software
Proven track record of relationship building with tenants and stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Innovative mindset for implementing new ideas and technologies
