Temp to Hire Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter
at OPENWORK, a premier Employment Agency. Seeking a candidate to join the team and support a dynamic client in Olive Branch, MS. Responsibilities
Learn what is involved in all operations of the branch, including timely recruiting, interviewing, selection, dispatching, orientation, site inspections, customer applications, and customer sales. Recruiting and Account Management with emphasis on bilingual Spanish and English communication. Provide onsite support as needed and increase temporary placement usage. Meet company standard compliance by achieving or exceeding 95% on audits. Collaborate with clients to minimize work-related incidents. Travel to attend community job fairs and networking events. Work closely with the Onsite Manager on recruiting plans and talent engagement. Qualifications
Bilingual required: Spanish and English. Prior recruiting experience and/or onsite support experience. Strong customer service skills. Flexible schedule: hours typically 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with willingness to work odd hours, including early/late shifts and weekends for recruiting and check-ins. Willingness to travel for events and client engagements. Perks
