Learn how to analyze sales data and create inventory forecasts to support the sales pipeline from web and wholesale sales channels. Gain on-the-job experience on how to use online marketing and sales platforms and create a central source of data in our ERP system.
Responsibilities
Analyze sales and inventory trends on Amazon, Website, B2B and International distribution sales
Participate in sales and inventory planning meetings and develop sales forecasting models
Prepare for continuous inventory and operational availability
Maintain data accuracy when entering data in ERP system
Help drive end-to-end automation between sales and ERP system with system integration and EDI
Learn the Amazon backend platform rich with analytics
Develop monthly and weekly inventory and sales reports
Develop monthly audit reports and present to upper management
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems
1 year co-op or industry experience a must
3.5 GPA or higher
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and effectively multitask
Highly analytical
Highly proficient in data driven insights and data driven decision making
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) suite with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Visualization)
Experience with inventory forecast modeling through school and internship projects
Exceptionally focused and results oriented
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work with minimal guidance
Takes ownership and follows through
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
