Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques. Use database tools to identify key players in a business or entity to target for our services. Follow a thorough sales process to ensure our existing and new commercial clients see the value in our services. Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management firms, apartment communities, insurance agents, adjusters, real estate personnel, plumbers, etc. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth. Maintain and nurture key accounts and client relationships. What You Need
Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the restoration or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
