We’re seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to serve as our Community Business Development Representative. In this role, you’ll focus on building and maintaining referral partnerships with local professionals—especially mortgage brokers, realtors, apartment communities, and small business owners. You’ll represent our agency in the community, developing creative ways to support our partners and help them grow their business while increasing awareness of ours. This position isn’t about dropping off doughnuts or doing quick “meet-and-greets.” It’s about becoming a trusted connector—someone who truly cares about helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with local mortgage brokers, apartment managers, and small business owners. Identify opportunities to connect referral partners with resources and introductions that help their businesses grow. Attend local networking events, community meetings, and partner visits to strengthen brand presence. Collaborate with agency leadership to develop partnership strategies and community outreach campaigns. Track partnership activities and report progress on relationship development goals. Represent our agency’s values—trust, care, and community—in every interaction. Requirements

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and a professional presence. Experience in business development, community outreach, or relationship-based sales preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
