Full time Key Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the video production process including pre-production, logistics, filming, and post-production May focus on certain areas of photography, animation, editing, and/or production (filming/lighting) Travel out of state for various video shoots for multiple days at a time Receive and execute detailed direction and feedback, work cohesively with other members of the video production team, and work well in a fast-paced environment Contribute and support all facets of video production, including equipment maintenance, media asset management, and studio organization Edit premade motion graphic animations for various videos using Adobe After Effects Assist with filming and editing of video content and implement detailed changes and feedback for internal and external use Shoot, light, and edit content with minimal guidance Maintain file organization standards, adhere to naming conventions, and use media asset management tools Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in video production or relevant field with 1 year of professional experience in video production OR at least 3 years of experience in video production and/or military equivalent experience. Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences: Ability to provide work samples (website, portfolio, reel, demo) Willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the Frame.io platform for review and approval Intermediate knowledge of Frame.io and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder), and other media asset management tools and technologies Experience with professional video equipment (Sony FX6, FX3, Blackmagic 4K/6K, Ronin S, Ronin 2, etc.) and Sigma Cinema Prime series lenses, as well as knowledge of sound and lighting techniques and equipment Advanced technical skills across several areas of video production including strengths in lighting, filming, and/or editing Intermediate experience working in groups and production teams, with the ability to work independently and on a deadline Experience with post-production workflows, from import to sending for final delivery Familiarity with standard practices of digital compression, including knowledge of video resolutions, codecs, and frame rates Knowledge of the pre-production process, including developing split scripts, shot lists, and schedules Time management and prioritization skills for all sizes of projects Ability to use various platforms to color-correct source footage for final delivery This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. Compensation and Benefits

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
