We’re looking for a Telemarketing Manager to help us smash our sales goals. You’ll lead a team to help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of telemarketing representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification Oversee daily call activity, ensuring compliance with scripts, quality standards, and company policies Develop and refine calling strategies to generate high-quality prospects for transfer to loan officers Monitor key performance metrics including call volume, contact rate, transfer rate, and conversion quality Train team members on effective communication, objection handling, and lead qualification criteria Collaborate closely with loan officers and sales leadership to align prospecting efforts with business goals Conduct regular call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement Recruit, onboard, and ramp new telemarketing staff to productivity Ensure compliance with TCPA, Do Not Call regulations, and internal compliance standards Manage schedules, attendance, and productivity to maximize coverage and results Prepare and present reports on team performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on accountability and results Qualifications
Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Compensation
