Digital Marketing Coordinator - CRM & Audience Development Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid 6-month contract with possible extension Full Time - 40 hours/week Our major Entertainment client is looking for a CRM Coordinator to help acquire and retain audiences across digital and social platforms. This person will manage paid media campaigns to increase app installs and newsletter signups, in addition to sending newsletters and push notifications. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and editorial or creative with experience designing graphics & writing copy. They’re comfortable pulling data to make informed decisions and optimize content across platforms, as well as manage multiple projects and testing plans at once. Responsibilities
Send newsletters and push notifications, working with editorial and commerce on priorities and content calendar planning Create ads and optimize paid media campaigns for app downloads and subscription signups, testing and optimizing audiences and creative to improve ROAS performance Assist with programming commerce and news landing pages to maximize search visibility and engagement, paying close attention to tentpole and marketing priorities Process paid media and vendor invoices, tracking status and flagging inconsistencies Stay up to date on emerging platforms and trends, sharing emerging platforms and ideas for how to grow new audiences and revenue Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar 1 year experience in digital publishing, email marketing, CRM, performance marketing or similar, including some developing digital content and/or paid media strategies for a digital publisher Experience working in an ERP, specifically Salesforce or Sailthru Experience working in CMS systems Experience working with Meta Ads Detail-oriented, organized, and practical project manager Experience creating marketing assets and designs using Canva, Figma or Photoshop Understanding of analytics and metrics, with experience using platforms like Adobe Analytics Strong SEO skills and understanding Required to have background experience with a digital or news publisher, media or commerce brands, or digital subscriptions.
