As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that your customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG

Arrive a few minutes before center opens to ensure everything is ready and clean. Assist customers throughout the morning with requests such as Wi‑Fi code changes, package pickups, meeting room assistance, and projector setup. Ensure all services are properly charged and invoices are accurate. Handle special requests and open tickets in the service portal for issues like printing, invoices, or room temperature. Manage mail and other administrative tasks while taking short coffee breaks to stay refreshed. Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, create and distribute e‑invitations, and produce posters for the center. Wrap up the day by coordinating group meetings, directing attendees to nearby restaurants, and ensuring the center is tidy before leaving. About You
