Institutional Business Development & Capital Formation
team to contribute to our capital raising efforts. This individual will focus on cultivating and managing relationships with institutional investors, conducting meetings and presentations, and securing capital commitments across our investment strategies. Responsibilities
Execute full sales cycle to raise capital from institutional investors. Book and advance meetings with new LPs and key consultants to close on capital commitments. Engage existing LPs through pipeline and portfolio updates. Prepare compelling pitch decks, emails, and materials that motivate investors to take action. Represent Captona at industry events to build connections and grow visibility. Qualifications
3-5 years in capital raising for infrastructure, energy transition, or other real assets preferred. Proven success raising equity from institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, public and corporate pension funds, endowments and foundations globally. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build relationships, manage marketing, and close deals. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. The base salary for this position is estimated to be $125K-$200K+, depending on experience. Total compensation includes bonus and comprehensive benefits.
