Overview

The Graphic Designer supports Texas Trusts marketing and member engagement initiatives through high-quality design across digital, print, and environmental media. This role brings creative concepts to life through thoughtful visual execution that aligns with the credit unions brand, values, and strategic goals. Reporting to the Content Manager, the Graphic Designer collaborates with the Multimedia Coordinator, Communications Specialist, and Acquisition and Retention Teams to develop visual assets that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, versatile designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to create design solutions that communicate clearly and beautifully. Role Responsibilities

Design materials for print and digital channels, including brochures, flyers, signage, banners, social graphics, and email assets. Assist with branch and external signage, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign visuals. Prepare artwork for production, coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Create templates for internal communications, recurring campaigns, and standardized collateral. Maintain and update a digital library of design files, templates, and approved brand assets. Collaborate with the Content Manager to ensure designs support campaign objectives and overall creative direction. Develop layouts and designs for large-format projects such as billboards, event materials, and sponsorship ads. Ensure visual and brand consistency across all channels and deliverables. Work closely with the Communications Specialist to design and update branch collateral, in-branch signage, and promotional materials. Support the Content Manager and creative team in developing campaign concepts and marketing visuals. Collaborate with the Multimedia Coordinator on visual assets for videos, social campaigns, and motion graphics. Coordinate feedback from internal stakeholders, implementing revisions efficiently and accurately. Support the AVP of PR and Community Engagement with event visuals, magazines, and presentation materials as needed. Learn and apply compliance requirements for disclosures and financial marketing materials (training provided). Review designs for accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to Texas Trusts brand and legal standards. Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables are print- and web-ready. Maintain organized production workflows and documentation for all creative projects. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns and initiatives.
