$45,000 - $60,000/year* (includes base and commission)
Range depends on skill level and overall experience, and performance-based commission

Where And How You’d Work Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.
While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do In This Role As a Relationship Manager on the SmartDollar team, you’ll support a book of business by building strong client relationships, delivering a great experience, and driving renewals. You’ll lead regular communication, coach clients on how to promote SmartDollar, and keep account data accurate and up to date.
You’re Probably a Match If
You have 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, customer success or equivalent
You’re an effective communicator who can lead calls and coach clients with confidence
You’re organized, responsive, and manage your time and tasks well
You enjoy building relationships and being the go-to person clients can trust
You’re proactive, coachable, and quick to take ownership
You’re passionate about Ramsey’s mission and want to help companies change lives through SmartDollar
What Winning Looks Like
Deliver a high-quality experience for each client that reflects the Ramsey brand
Lead regular check-ins and proactively engage clients with helpful communication
Coach clients on how to successfully promote SmartDollar within their organization
Keep all Salesforce and SmartCenter data accurate and up to date
Maintain strong renewal rhythms and proactively communicate with clients 60+ days before their contract ends
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and pitch additional services where needed
Report accurately on revenue and surface any obstacles that could impact renewals
