Location:

Irvine, CA (On-site 4 days/week)

Duration:

9+ months

Schedule:

40 hours/week

Monday–Friday (standard business hours)

Must-Have Requirements:

Proven experience in web design and digital content creation

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design/editing tools

Strong understanding of website management within a web CMS, including technical SEO

Creative writing skills with the ability to engage target audiences

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Description:

The client is seeking a detail-oriented and creatively driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support global digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on website migration and optimization, digital content creation, SEO/SEM support, and cross-functional project coordination. The ideal candidate has strong web design skills, experience working within a CMS, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Prepare legacy webpages for migration to client websites, ensuring accurate content flow and effective page design using approved Figma design system modules

Design new and updated webpage layouts and visual mockups in Figma aligned with client brand guidelines to support product launches and sustaining campaigns

Partner with regional marketers to secure content approvals and prepare final design specifications and assets for handoff to the web authoring team

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide a consistent global user experience across multiple screen sizes

Conduct keyword research to optimize digital content for SEO/GEO and SEM

Monitor and report on SEM campaigns, delivering insights to regional and global marketing teams

Support the creation of digital content for social media channels

Create and edit videos and short-form content

Design banners, digital ads, and other marketing collateral in accordance with client Design Guidelines

Open, track, and update web-related requests in Jira, ensuring accurate documentation

Monitor ticket progress and communicate status updates to maintain timelines

Perform other incidental duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing

Experience designing in Figma and implementing content within a web CMS

Additional Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Basic analytical skills to interpret digital and campaign performance data

Ability to work independently, adapt to new tools and technologies, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and SEM campaign management

Ability to tailor designs for different digital channels

Confidence acting as a digital brand steward within a large organization

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical technology, healthcare, financial services)

Experience in medical devices or pharma preferred; B2B experience in technology, manufacturing, or industrial industries also acceptable
