Overview

Requirements
Proven track record as a web designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modern web design principles and responsive design
Extensive experience consulting or advising clients on web design projects, preferably in the real estate or professional services sector
Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and current design trends
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client needs
Availability for remote collaboration and flexible scheduling to accommodate project consultations
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
