Creatives On Call
The Sales Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to a senior sales executive (e.g., EVP of Client Services, Chief Revenue Officer, or equivalent). This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and act as a trusted partner in enabling the effectiveness of a fast-paced, customer-facing sales organization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in an environment that includes customer engagement, revenue cadence, cross-functional collaboration, and evolving technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Own and manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer commitments, and strategic initiatives. Proactively manage meeting requests, acting as a gatekeeper to protect executive focus and drive efficient use of time. Ensure meetings are well-structured with clear objectives, appropriate participants, and required pre-reads. Manage and triage email, messaging platforms, and other communications on behalf of the executive. Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, agendas, briefings, and follow-up communications in the executive’s voice, as appropriate. Ensure timely responses, accurate messaging, and follow-through on commitments. Sales & Business Operations Support
Support recurring sales operating cadences, including forecast calls, deal reviews, staff meetings, and monthly or quarterly business reviews. Coordinate preparation for customer meetings, including scheduling, internal alignment, and compilation of relevant background materials. Track decisions and action items from meetings and ensure follow-through and accountability. Travel, Events & Logistics
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including multi-city customer visits and leadership travel. Prepare detailed itineraries and manage logistics to ensure seamless execution. Support planning and coordination of sales events, offsites, and leadership meetings. Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as a point of coordination between Sales leadership and internal partners, including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, Customer Success, and Human Resources. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams to support sales initiatives and executive priorities. Administrative & Operational Excellence
Manage expenses, approvals, documentation, and administrative processes with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organization of documents, presentations, and shared resources. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally supporting senior leaders in Sales, Revenue, or other customer-facing organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and high-volume communications in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, and cross-functional partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Foundational understanding of emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and comfort working in AI-enabled platforms and systems , with an eagerness to lean into new technology to improve productivity, efficiency, and executive effectiveness. Ability to adopt new tools quickly while exercising good judgment around data quality, confidentiality, and responsible use of technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, or other CRM platforms and common collaboration and communication tools. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives in high-growth or matrixed organizations. Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales operations tools, or revenue-related workflows. Experience coordinating customer-facing meetings or events. Comfort working across time zones and supporting travel-heavy executives.
